Where do you ship from?

We have multiple warehouses across North America and Asia. Orders are shipped according to the destination and availability at our warehouses.


Which days do you ship?

We ship orders Monday–Friday. Please allow 3 - 5 days processing time due to the current situation.


How do i know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped you will recieve a shipping confirmation sent to your email, which usually takes 1-3 business days.


Why haven't i recieved my shipping confirmation?

Make sure you wait atleast 1-3 business days as the packages are not always sent out on the same day. Then you can go ahead and double check your email. You can also try to look under your “junk folder”.

How long is the shipping time?
We have different shipping times depending on which product you ordered. To see your products shipping time to go the specific product page. 

For USA based products Average delivery time is 4 - 7 days. 
For Non USA based products Average delivery time is 12 - 20 business days. 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch. (Priority Processing customers will always get their packages sent out first.)
I tried to make a payment but my credit card got rejected. What can I do?
Once in a while this can happen and might be due to the one of the following reasons: 

- Insufficient funds on the credit card 
- You made a typo when entering any of the credit card information 
- Your bank decided not to allow the transaction. This can happen at your bank's discretion. In such cases you can check out via Apple Pay. 

Alternatively you can also call your bank and let them know they should unblock and allow the transaction.
I have entered an incorrect adress, what should i do?
If this happens to you please contact us as soon as possible and we might be able to take care of it. However if the order is already shipped to the wrong address and you would like us to resend the order - we charge 75% from the original order amount to cover material, labor and shipping cost.
What is a "Business day"?
A business day means a 24 hour period Monday - Friday, excluding any official holidays and all weekends.
